     Mount Lemmon Realty's purpose is to provide information on all properties for sale on Mt. Lemmon in the Santa Catalina's just north of Tucson.  

Many are surprised to learn that there is deeded land and cabins on Mt. Lemmon located in the village of Mt. Lemmon.  Included in the deeded areas are Summerhaven Subdivision, Mt. Lemmon Estates #1 & 2, Woodridge Vacation Homes, Loma Sabino Pines as well as land and cabins which are not in a subdivision.  

One can also buy cabins that have been built on land leased from the Forest Service.  These cabins are located in two areas, Soldier's Camp and Willow Canyon summer home areas.  Soldier's Camp area includes Fern Ridge and Bear Wallow.

This site attempts to show all properties we know of that are for sale, whether Mt. Lemmon Realty has the listing or not. The initials/name at the end of each description indicate the listing office. In any case, we can and would like to represent you.

Our firm, specializing in Mt. Lemmon properties for more that 60 years, knows the many unique “differences” that must be addressed before buying properties on Mt. Lemmon. Please go to General Information to review some of these differences. This is an old subdivision created in the late 30's which does not meet current subdivision standards. Be careful, is our advice.

If an agent from Tucson is to represent you, that agent must accompany you from the beginning, otherwise he/she will not be eligible to receive compensation. If your agent is not very familiar and experienced with Mt Lemmon properties, we recommend that they refer you to Mount Lemmon Realty, Inc.
